The standard consultation is 15 minutes, although appointment length may vary depending on the Help Desk session.

Each appointment is limited to one technical-assistance topic.

Appointments are designed as individual technical-assistance consultations. Participants may enter topic-specific Zoom breakout rooms to meet with their assigned Technical Advisor.
