Kafe Louverture is the brainchild of a remarkable husband and wife duo, Joanne Saget and Anthony Cunningham. Joanne's connection to the art of making Haitian patties traces back to her childhood in Brooklyn, New York. Under the loving guidance of her grandmother, fondly known as "Grandmere Dia," she mastered the art of crafting the perfect patty dough, a skill that has been cherished in their family for generations. ​ As the journey continues, we invite you to be a part of it.
