TAC Healing Rise is a trauma‑informed, culturally grounded healing and leadership platform founded by Tamarra Aristilde‑Calixte, LMHC, LMFT, NCC, a trilingual clinician, systems‑builder, and author of Rising Beyond Barriers, The Soul Doesn’t Carry Papers, and Purpose Without Burnout. Through authorship, education, and community‑rooted healing tools, TAC Healing Rise amplifies the lived experiences of immigrant communities, women, youth, and individuals navigating manufactured trauma, systemic inequities, and identity‑shaping transitions. TAC Healing Rise also uplifts aspiring women behavioral‑health entrepreneurs across the diaspora, offering mentorship, visibility, and pathways to leadership. In addition, Tamarra provides clinical supervision to license‑eligible clinicians and delivers Community‑Based Systemic Therapy CEUs, equipping emerging psychotherapists with the cultural responsiveness, systemic awareness, and community‑centered skills needed to serve diverse populations with integrity and compassion. Our mission is to help individuals rise with clarity, cultural grounding, and emotional resilience, while strengthening the next generation of clinicians and women leaders across the diaspora.
