An outpatient mental health practice with the mission to make mental health care accessible and empowering communities in Boston, across Massachusetts, and in Rhode Island. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, while maintaining a focused commitment to advancing mental health equity for underserved communities and communities of color, particularly individuals of African and Caribbean descent. We are dedicated to reducing mental health stigma, addressing the effects of trauma, and interrupting generational cycles of emotional and psychological distress. Our practice creates safe, supportive spaces where mental health concerns can be explored with dignity, empathy, and culturally responsive care. Our clinicians use evidence based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Psychoeducation to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and trauma.
